William Foley – CEO
Bill Foley has nearly four decades of executive experience in business development across a wide variety of industries, including a four-year period as president of Vitarich Labs in Naples, Florida. The New Jersey native joined Tampa Bay CoPack as chief executive officer in April 2011. He is passionate about beverage manufacturing and the nutrition industry, and has helped integrate Tampa Bay’s existing infrastructure and experienced team with his vision for providing the most comprehensive, efficient, and ecologically responsible beverage contract manufacturing services available.
Jayne Sebastian – Director of Business Development
Jayne Sebastian has nearly 20 years of experience in business development tied directly to contract manufacturing and co-packaging. Although Jayne’s expertise lies in sales, marketing, and communications, she began her college education by studying dietetics. Her interest in biology, nutrition, meal planning, food processing, and special diets gave way to her natural talents in the communications/marketing arena, but she always maintained a strong connection to her initial field of study. Ultimately, the Chicago native was able to parlay her business strengths and her passion for nutrition into a consulting/marketing career in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, helping to launch new food and beverage products for some of the leading manufacturers in the United States. She joined Tampa Bay CoPack in April 2011.
Steven C. Colligan – Vice President Key Accounts Management
Steve Colligan has tenured over twenty five years in the nutritional products industry including holding the position of Divisional Vice President, NBTY, and Director – Business Development for Vitarich Laboratories. His active lifestyle and passion for health and wellness has allowed him to forge strategic business relationships with several industry leading sports nutrition marketers as their exclusive manufacturing partner of top selling sports drinks, shooters and beverages. The Naples, Florida native joined the organization in 2011 and currently is the acting Vice President – Key Accounts Management. Prior to his tenure in the nutritional supplements industry, he served in regional management positions with prestigious Fortune 500 Companies Kraft and Polaroid.
Enrique Baez – QA / QC Manager
Enrique comes to Tampa Bay Co-Pack with more than 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Enrique has worked with organizations such as Baxter Healthcare Corporation as QC Laboratories Supervisor and International Corporative Quality Auditor, the Ministry of Trade as National Director of Codex Alimentarius office, the Environmental Department as Deputy Director for environmental conventions implementation and 18 years as university teacher of microbiology and biochemistry. Enrique received his degree from Valencia University, Spain in Biology and postgraduates in Biochemistry and Microbiology and has worked extensively with quality systems design and compliance, total quality management, vendors’ qualifications, validations, regulations and regulatory bodies and international standardization programs, assisting Baxter achieve the ISO 9002 Certification for its first Dominican facility in the 1991. A world citizen who loves traveling abroad to experience new countries, new cultures, new food and feeling at home everywhere. A person who loves to cook in the backyard for his family, dances with his wife and daughters, and grow orchids.
John Saltamartine – VP of Operations
John brings more than 40 years of management and executive experience at both privately and publicly-held companies, including the health, wellness and consumer product industries. Most recently he led manufacturing and distribution operations for NBTY Florida Inc. NBTY is the world’s largest manufacturer and marketer of nutritional supplements. In addition to leading manufacturing and distribution for NBTY Inc., his background in operations includes the role of executive vice president of operations at VitaRich Labs, a food and beverage company, where he led operations for more than six years. VitaRich was a cGMP facility specializing in the production of dietary supplements, both liquid and powders. He began his career as an operations manager for a computer hardware company in 1971 and has held top level positions at multiple computer hardware and electronics companies over the years.
